They were very understanding of my situation, he was out the day I stopped by, and I had called but no answer. However, I received a call back later that evening; he took care of me over the phone and ordered what I needed. AO called me the next day to let me know my screen was in and had it fixed in less than 45 minutes. Best price in town as well!

Took my son’s phone in today (8-1-19) for the screen to be replaced on his iPhone 7. We went to AO Cell Phone Repair based on this company being very highly recommended to me by several family members. We are not from this area (N. Illinois), and I would like to make a couple points. First, Mr. Fry was beyond professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the service he provides. My son’s phone looks brand new and works perfectly! We are both very happy with it, but honestly he put a giant smile on my son’s face!
